Reservations
Sign in, open "My Reservations", select the booking and click "Cancel". All cancellations more than 24 hours before pick-up are free.
Right after payment completes you will receive an email and SMS confirmation with your voucher code and pick-up instructions.
Yes — date changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Any price difference is collected or refunded accordingly.
Some campaign fares may require full prepayment; this is stated on the offer. Standard reservations only place a pre-authorization.
